This is one of Carlos’s most comfortable areas of his practice. He is a fully trained chef with many years of work in various commercial kitchens ranging from hospital comfort-food to prominent hotels/restaurants’ gourmet dishes. The marriage of being a university-educated photographer and cooking experience makes it a sweet combination when working in his studio’s kitchen. Lunchtime is extra fun.
